Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

  • Upon approval, you may choose a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Used, altered, or damaged items due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made leather products

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or defective)


Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or style (based on availability).
